Update to Dev Version of Contrib Module

It'd be nice to be able to switch from the most recent tagged release of a contributed module, to the dev snapshot. Just like Drush:

dgm dl telephone --dev

This would warn that the module already exists, and ask would you like to overwrite it. It'd then replace the recommended release with the dev snapshot.
