Moving below the last visible row via cursor down fails #14

Steps to Reproduce:

Set NUM_EXAMPLE_ITEMS to 1000
Start demo app
Select an item
Press cursor down repeatedly
Observe that PXListView scrolls to the absolute bottom once the selection moves to a row that's invisible

MSch added a commit to MSch/PXListView that referenced this issue


          Fix scrollRowToVisible: behaviour. Fixes alexrozanski#14
