I'm having the same error. Tried updating, ran into more issues completely started from scratch logged everything out of rust+ and tried again, getting the same as above for a different server/player combination.

Is the FCM Rate Limited/Throttled?

Correction after pressing connect on the server channel to the server I was trying to get it to work with it seems to have corrected the issue. Maybe a reminder to connect the server if you're getting that error from the error I'll see if I can do a PR haven't done many but this is an awesome project.
