The secure transport MUST only be established when referential integrity can be verified, MUST NOT have circular dependencies, and MUST be easily analyzed for diagnostic purposes.

Note from SAH: I'm not sure what "easily analyzed for diagnostic purposes" means. Could you rephrase this, remove it, or otherwise be clear about how a relative term like "easily" can be a MUST?
