Could not cut with guides

Hello,
I set 6 vertical guides with offset (which I did manually and check the number it shows when you move the guide to final position) then added another 6 horizontal, finally used plugin guillotine and also tied with python-fu-slice but none worked.
Can you imagine what am I wrong with?
