Introduction to Munin
-------------------------
Things you need to do as soon as you join Ascendancy:
!pref password=xxx - Do this in PM with Munin, this will allow you to use Ascendancy.tv and !letmein if P is down.
!pref planet=x:y:z - This will allow Munin to use your co ords for things such as !lookup, !xp, !basher etc.
!pref phone=#### - Will add your phone-number to Munin.
!pref pubphone=(T/F) - Toggles whether your phone number is public or private.
!phone allow/deny <nick> - Allows you to create a list of people who can see your phone number even when it is private.
Different prefixes (!lookup, -lookup, @lookup):
~, - or . - Munin will notice you the response
@ - Munin will PM you the response
! - Munin will respond in the channel
Try not to use ! in public to prevent spamming the channel
-------------------------
Basic Commands

Propositions and Cookies

Cookies are used to give out carebears. Carebears are rewards for carefaces. Give cookies to people when you think they've done something beneficial for you or for the alliance in general.
A proposition is a vote to do something. For now, you can raise propositions to invite or kick someone. Once raised the proposition will stand until you expire it. Make sure you give everyone time to have their say. Votes for and against a proposition are weighted by carebears. You must have at least 1 carebear to vote.
