[FEATURE] - File-Level Bookmarks (Last Location is Preserved)

It would be useful to have file-level bookmarks that remember the last location of the tracked file rather than a specific location or selection.

I sometimes find myself jumping between many of the same files, and usually only need the my last location in the file. And it often becomes distracting to update previous positions of bookmarks in files I'm navigating quickly.

This may be a duplicate of #658, but it was a bit unclear to me after reading the request.
