create a text plugin with the lead in on first save

I agree it should be easier to initially add stuff to placeholders. But isn't this confusing for the user? After he's seen the lead-in on the main page he'll probably just edit it there and not realise that there still is the real lead-in somewhere else.

Shouldn't we focus on making this more clear and intuitive in the cms in general instead?
