History Pagination (build correction)

IMPORTANT This addresses a freeze that can occur when opening browser history after any significant ammount of surfing.

Similarly limits autocompletion from history to at most 1 result.

Browser History

Adds a basic UI for viewing your browser history.

NOTE: Doesn't show any history from before you've updated to this version.

UI Refinements

• Reintroduces the WebKit WebInspector
• Tab icons are less obtrusive
• Authenticated videos, PDFs, etc can now be viewed seamless - as Odysseus has taken over downloading them.

Proper AppCenter Release

elementary fixed their database and I fixed my metadata.

Includes fixes for my initial rollout including the disabling of WebInspector until I can fix it properly, and fixes to keep a tab always open.
