Feature Request: Corporation Management #126

I'll leave this open because there isn't another ticket for it, but corp is quite low on the priority list for me. It's easily exploitable, well known in the developer discussions on Discord, and if I were to write a script for it (as a few others had), it would end up so "cheesy" that it would have the player with effectively infinite money in almost every BN in ~6 hours, kind of obsoleting every other script I've written. I imagine they will redesign it at some point to be less exploitable (at which point any existing cheesing scripts will cease to work) and then it might be worth a decent stab at a script, but currently I'm not a big fan of corps scripting and have no motivation to tackle one. I enjoyed well enough while beating it without scripts, but since the player-base-contributed corps APIs were added a few months back, it's been chaos and I want to wait for the dust to settle. |
That is understandable. I just got started with running Corporations and I can see what you mean. Thanks for taking your time to answer this ticket. And thanks for your extremely powerful scripts! |

It looks like they fixed the exploit of corporations with the latest release? V2.5.0 (10/2/2023) |
A nice quick start to this might just be a flag to start a corp when ascending with an option to run a script. |
Would it be feasible to add Corporation Management to the roadmap? I found that there's a PR open on #59 , but with all the recent changes made, I believe they are probably no longer compatible.
