Module Loader Support

It would be cool if angular-deckgrid could be imported and passed to angular.module

var angular = require('angular'),
    angularDeckgrid = require('angular-deckgrid');

angular.module('myApp', [angularDeckgrid]);

That would be a big plus for webpack / browserify users. Some examples of libraries that support that syntax:
