Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We're rolling testing of the Cosmos-SDK 0.47 upgrade to the next phase which includes

testing clients via API
- Golang (the Golang library is ready for testing)
- TS (the library requires further work, issue TBD)
test IBC, will likely need to spin up temporary Osmosis testnet @tr
Upgrade provider services

The testnet will be rolled out from v1.0.0-rc10 release
