Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Provider configuration is scattered around as well as not well defined in terms of module-specific settings

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Define the format of the config
  • config should be live-reloadable without need to restart any of the services
  • each module within the provider that needs external configuration must have corresponding section within config

Describe alternatives you've considered
