The title might be a bit misleading but here's what's happening;
I want to deploy a Kava validator (for purposes of making a video). There's a Keplr wallet available with enough funds, both AKT and KAVA.
I can connect the wallet and create the initial certificate.
I can also browse the SDLs and Create the deployment.
The pre-flight check is all green
The list of providers with their respective bids is visible.
The bid acceptance works.
After the bid has been selected and the transaction confirmed in the Keplr wallet, the console does not accept the certificate anymore and instead insists on creating a new one.
The manifest does not get uploaded because the certificate is not valid, even though the certificate actually reports as valid in the settings page.
Creating a new certificate does not fix the problem

I tried again this morning and it seems to be working now.
Perhaps selecting various Keplr accounts makes the console go wild?
Will report if it happens again
