How to add this to inkscape

I'm just learning inkscape. Can you add a description of how to add this to inkscape to the readme?

Is it just a matter of adding the SVG to the project, ungrouping the image, and duplicating the elements? Or is there a way to add each element to a library of objects or something like that?

I came in the issues wondering the same thing.
Your question made me realize that this is infact the way to do it.
We download the svg and break it down.

There is no library of object in inkscape, yet.
