Issue in kafka-setting up topics

After setting up kafka when you try to run other services kafka is throwing an issue of partitions having leader brokers without a matching listener.

I would be investigating on creating a python script to create topics once the kafka container starts .

This likely seems like a solution to me , however I also doubt restarting of the container with all the topics has something to do with this .
