non-interactive UI - CORS policy

Problem

Telemetry page don't show error response. This leads to endless waiting on the part of the user.

Error

Some gateways in the gateway list show next problem in debug console - has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. But on UI i see only endless downloading.

Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://gateway.ipfs.io/ipfs/Qmc8m5d56TpsUZFSpkQYdfJZBWqsb6udb4G85hWs6Fg1T4' from origin 'https://dev.robonomics.app' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

Tested on b4c699b
