Terminology inconsistent: dapp, Dapp, application, contract #396

The following terms are used seemingly interchangeably in the documentation in Package avm / Class Blockchain and other places:

dapp
Dapp
Application
Contract

Documentation will be improved if all documentation refers to this concept using the same word.

I will raise this with the docs team, since we should just be inheriting terminology from them.
