Add a field without "check" button

To allow people to identify themselves when taking the test, is there a way to add a field without a "check" button to enter their first and last names ?

Hi!

I guess, I can add it for you. However there is no way to record their answers, so I don't see any point of doing that. Unless you create your forms in Rmd/qmd and then print them on paper...

Oh, then I'd recommend to put something like this in your .qmd/.Rmd:

Put your name

<input type = "text">

Put your last name

<input type = "text">
