One suggestion that I thought was great was to allow a small amount of information to populate in a bubble when a dot is hovered over, rather than clicking the dot and populating the info on the left hand menu. I think in the pop up something simple like name, offender number, legal status (probation or parole), and agent name. Address if there is space.

Question: Since this only really applies to desktop use of the app, would implementing this interfere with anything on mobile?
