Feat / Bug: Create Flow and Assets

When creating the safe the user is asked to deposit some NEAR to store
But the user should understand that some of the NEAR stored is reserved for storage of the DApp

We should make it crystal clear that NEAR is used for storage and some NEAR will be used to as funds in the safe.

By separating these transactions out as separate: this should enable users to better understand how much is reserved by the DApp to pay for storage versus the assets being stored.

@agileurbanite I created a separate issue for support storing FT and NFTs during the create flow, because an issue with depositing NEAR is quick and easy.
