Creating Safe: form fields should be filled if user cancels creating multi safe on Wallet

If a user is creating multi-safe, he is redirected to Wallet, but if a user decides to cancel signing tx, because for example wants to make some changes, the form is empty and needs to refill all data again, which might be problematic if the there is a lot of users.

It would be much better UX if the form fields will be filled with previous data.
