As a user, I want to be able to add a new dish to a restaurant, so that other users can view that dish

There needs to be an input bar so that users can enter the name of the restaurants
A user should not be able to submit one or more images for the dish.
There should be one selection option for the dish's status on gluten.
There should be one selection option for the dish's status on veganism.
Additional feature: users should be able to upload photos.
