Acceptance criteria

• The drop-down or quick suggestion feature should include relevant options such as pre-existing task descriptions or options based on user history, user preferences or predefined room types for the user.
  -The drop-down or quick suggestion feature should be easily accessible and easy to use, and allow the user to select an option with a single click or tap
  -The user should be able to enter custom descriptions and locations if they prefer, and the app should support free-form text entry if the user chooses not to use the drop-down or quick suggestion feature.
