Acceptance criteria

• Have an add button that would stay at the top of the Task Page (the page where all tasks show up) the screen even when scrolled down.
• User can add tasks using this add button: user can put task title, room location, description, and time for the task.
• After adding tasks using the add button, the added tasks will appear on the Task Page. Reloading the page will not lose the newly added or older tasks.
• Users can refresh page and see still see data
