We need a set of configurable defaults for notifications based on the user’s level of participation:
a. Participant (all notification, asked to post an update every day, ability to participate)
1. full time eng, top contributor
b. Optional Participant (all notifications, ability to participate, no standup updates required)
1. Manager
2. Eric
