Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As we add comment and reaction functionality to the Daily Standup feature, there is no way for users to be notify about activity on their daily standup posts

Describe the solution you'd like
Users should receive in-app notifications when someone reacts to their Standup post to encourage interaction and recognition.
