Unable to open content URL

I was installed this plugin without any issue and when I run it on debug mode it's working (video is playing).
But when I download it from play store it's not working. But close the app and re-open it, It's working.
So I have already give the storage permission.
removed and re-installed "cordova-plugin-whitelist"

cordova version - 6.5.0
cordova-android version - 6.1.2

Does anyone have idea on this?

This is really strange so I didn't comment on it before, but here is a thought (I don't know the solution): maybe the video header did not get entirely loaded before you tried playing it?
