Can't load weather layers #1

Hello, I'm having problems with an example. The map has started, but the 'addWeatherLayer' method doesn't seem to be working.

MapsGLAccount(free sub) id and secret are set up.
mapview.html access token has been updated.

Could you please provide advice on what I might be doing wrong?
