How do you know the firmware TW03 or the AW? I have one with TS00.

Hi,
mine says TS00 on the top right of the label on the back so that seems normal.

The firmware version is based upon the region the device is for.
TW: Europe/Asia version
AW: America version

e.g. mine is for the UK so I use the TW version
