Congratulations, looks like a very interesting project. Looking forward to using it.

Describe the bug
I'd like to import a set of R5 data into pathling.

To Reproduce

I've read the docs, but don't see a way to specify R5
I've installed the software and notice

$ curl -s  http://localhost:8080/fhir/metadata | jq .fhirVersion
"4.0.1"

Expected behavior
Some method to set fhirVersion. e.g.

hapi.fhir.fhir_version: R5
