Feature: Directly calling macros to process templates instead of relying on it being included in the mkdocs.yml #50

In my MkDocs projects there are code blocks that have jinja code and there are places where text almost looks like jinja, but isn't. The macros plugin is rather indiscriminate in its processing, so I can't have it process any of my pages. However, excluding pages causes the PDF cover sheets to also not be processed.

Currently a solution is to use macros options to define custom tags that are ridiculous enough to not happen accidentally in content. This makes the templates dizzyingly ugly. A better option would be to be able to exclude pages from macros while still having the cover pages render (or simply not including macros in the MkDocs config at all).
