Plot method for get_discrete_gamma_shifted and other distributions

We have found in EpiNow2 that users constantly misspecify distributions. Having a plot (and print) method as we do there is really useful protection against this.

Any plans to spin this out into its own package? Or recommendations for other existing packages?

@sbnfk does intend to do this I believe with Epiverse support and as you say it would make sense. Have you had a gander at the current functionality? Anything you would want to work differently?

IMO though maybe this is worth just doing here quickly in the first instance as time vs. potential user benefit is probably quite small?

@seabbs Will get back once I had a look at the EpiNow2 version in detail and tried to do something similar
