Granting Acess (still up in the air)

Julie wants a new system to grant access to the site to new members. We talked about maybe having Julie approve coordinators and having coordinators be able to approve students so Julie didn't have to approve everyone.

Julie's still not entirely sure what she wants to do about this. Things in Julie's world don't calm down until at least 10/1 so it probably won't be ready to be resolved until late Oct/early Nov.
