Why does the date say Sept 9, but text says Sept 10? is that a timezone thing? Also "September, 10" seems like an odd format to show a date in the text.

I have the 10 September, so I suspect there is a problem with the timezone or something like that. I take the point.

I do have September 10. Maybe it is using early morning hour, which are shown as the day before in Canada.
