[Feature] Implement "Back to Top" Button and Enhance "Why Choose Us" Section with CSS Improvements #103.

#Problem:

• Users find it inconvenient to manually scroll back to the top of long webpages.

• The "Why Choose Us" section lacks visual appeal and does not effectively capture user attention.

Solution:

• "Back to Top" Button:

1. Add a fixed-position button at the bottom-right corner of the page, labeled "Back to Top."

2. Ensure the button smoothly scrolls the page back to the top when clicked.

• Enhanced CSS for "Why Choose Us" Section:

1.Apply modern CSS techniques to the cards in this section and use gradients, shadows, and other decorative elements to make the cards more visually appealing and engaging.

• Implementing these features will improve navigation and make the content more engaging for users.

#Additional Context:
Enhancing the "Why Choose Us" section and adding a "Back to Top" button will significantly improve user experience on the webpage.
