Third party content disclaimer

Subject of the issue/enhancement/features

When hosting videos content from third party sites such as Youtube or Vimeo, you may wish to add an additional disclaimer to warn the learner that this content is independent from the content in the course.

The learner should be forced to press a button to continue and be able to interact with the Media component. Ideally there should also be a 'remember my choice' checkbox, so other Media components in the course have this disclaimer removed.
