Don't require "www."

Currently removing "www." from any dartdocs.org link will cause it to redirect the browser to http://www.dartdocs.org. It should allow requests without a subdomain instead. This will allow pub.dartlang.org's links to look cleaner.

This would be cool, but I don't think it's currently possible.

We just write a bit of code to clean up the links on pub.dartlang.org. Not sure we actually have to display the entire URL there.
