No New Docs being published

According to the build history, there have been no new docs created for packages since Oct 22nd. I would guess that this may also be related to #103 but I'm not sure myself.

But any updates packages like Shelf have not had documentation generated for them.

Interesting, cloud console said the instance is stopped and a few builders are left running. My guess is when we upgraded some unexpected changes in killing instances happen. I'll check the logs and restart, won't be able to invest more time then that at the moment. @sethladd mentioned a new system coming online, so it's possible he stopped the builder?
