Add Gitter icon to social media page #16

The social media icons all live in an html file.
You can see them on the homepage, and the middle one, gitter, is missing.
There are plenty of svg gitter icons out on the web, but whenever I try to put them in this file the image that shows up in the circle is super tiny.

I removed this from the homepage because it was broken but if someone can fix it we could add it back. 11be959
