Fix ability to edit the CardConnect entries via the tooltip with valid hydration

Description

We need to update the way in which connection URLs are added to the CardConnect component that can be found on various About pages. As of now the tooltipe appears, but no new entry is added when the user tries to make one.

• Note that this issue is currently blocked by Updates outputs from the backend to camelCase for easy ingestion #1004 where we fix the way keys are provided to the frontend

Hey @mattburnett-repo 👋 You now have the SocialLink and respective bridge tables in the backend, so work can begin here. Let me know if setting up a factory to autogenerate some in the backend would be helpful!
