"Add Event" form should have "organization" & "venue" fields near top of form #79

"Add event" form is more intuitive if it mimics the actual event page.
Users should enter information into a form that is laid out much like the event page itself.
On individual event page, "Organization" is directly under Date & Time, above Venue. Event description is under venue.
