Multi-architecture image for linux/amd64 and linux/arm64

Hi,
Do you have any plan to provide a container image for linux/amd64 and linux/arm64?
It would be nice if ghcr.io/actions/actions-runner image runs on ARM64 as well.

It seems this pull request is not yet handled, so I'd like to ask your roadmap.
