Project proposal, organization, up-votes, meetups, IRC-integration etc. Original proposal involved Github and Reddit integration. Thoughts?

I wrote some code the other day that uses the Github API to make comments and pulls all comments in an issue, etc. If anyone would like to help me take this out of my ipython notebook and make it a pelican plugin or run on our server, let me know :)
