Automatically capitalize first letter for titles, or every word, or "important words", or close issue.

Make a test post make post.
Make non-caps title Title: test title.
Generate pelican.
Make dev server or manually open with browser. See getting started - viewing generated files.

Just titles for articles, not URLs.

There's a filter for this, add |title. That is, {{ article.title|title }}. See jinja filters and built-in filters.
