Read Project, Subproject(cohort), Visit, Site from *_parameters.json

Feature request to accelerate and reduce repetition in manual entry (and even selection steps)
When user selects *_parameters.json --
read the file for Project: value, Subproject:value, Site, Visit... fields
load these into the section below where these values are required.
-- could this be possible even with an extra click somewhere?
(The user will validate them in the following tab)

fields to be incldued : Project, subproject, visit, site, Line frequency, Reference (is this wise?), Recording type (continuous, discontinuous, epoched)

Subject fields left in the interface will be: age/dob, handedness, sex
