What i think needs doing on the M198 to get it functioning properly in game:

[ ] Enable vanilla artillery computer
[ ] Shell loading and unloading
[ ] Charge system
[ ] Manual gun & turret adjustment
[ ] Range tables
[ ] Enhanced / realistic artillery computer
