Player movement non linear, head bob appears to influence how far scene moves forward. #78

Player movement is not a smooth motion forward, instead it seems to be buffeted by headbobing or some sort of stopping motion. The movement in any direction mimicks a diagonal stair step motion, with micro pauses at the end of each step. I think this may even be slightly intended behavior for walking, but running should not have this behavior. This does not match the motion of Pokemon uranium, using the mkxp-z makes this easier to see

The player does stop at the end of each step but it should not be observable. What system are you testing on?

Windows 10 64bit with a 970m i7 6700HQ.
