If you change the name of a conversion then the payload does not highlight the missing name until you restart #781

We do not refresh update missing conversions in red if you rename a String lookup table for example. It is correct if you restart.

All the "Load" buttons should perhaps reload the Spacecraft and refresh the tabs. Or there is a REFRESH button on the Paramaters tab..
