Hi @abyot,

1- Here is the text I would like you to use for the button to indicate that the user has finished data entry totally for their agency (it will just send a notification): The button should say "All actions entered". It could be green before they click it, and become red after they click it. But it can keep the same text. What do you think?

2- Here is the text I would like you to use for the message that pops up when they try to mark an action not complete:
"You lack the authority to edit this action. If you need to edit or delete this action, please contact the UN Network for SUN / REACH Secretariat."

sorry, totally forgot this issue :(

so, sending a message is ok. but few questions:

• under which screen do you want this to be placed?

• how do we make connection between completing an action and sending "All actions entered" notification? We need the completeness as it is the one - technically speaking - that we are going to use for blocking (or not) of data entry.

• we also need to identify for whom to send notification? we have a place to specify which user group to notify when a data set is completed. but now we are saying, we don't need message to be sent during completeness but when users thing data entry is finished... we are trying to come up with a new concept of completeness / notification

• one more question, we are we going to do once a user have sent "All actions entered". It is clear that we are going to block editing already entered data. How about new data - for example the same agency but different instance?

Hey @abyot, I think we can hold off on this button for now. It seems "nice to have" but in reality I expect that they will just tell us when they are done. Let's see how our first experiences go with the countries and I'll ask them if they need this button or not. Thanks!
